Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AutoReviewsPilot ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the AutoReviewsPilot platform at autoreviewspilot.com.

If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. The Service

AutoReviewsPilot provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables businesses to:

• Send automated email sequences to customers requesting reviews
• Implement review gating (routing positive/negative feedback)
• Generate QR codes linking to review funnels
• Manage customer lists and email templates
• Connect multiple SMTP email accounts for delivery

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• Account sharing with multiple individuals is prohibited on individual plans.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use AutoReviewsPilot to:

• Send unsolicited emails (spam) to people who have not done business with you
• Create, purchase or incentivise fake reviews
• Violate Google, Trustpilot, Yelp or any platform's review policies
• Upload contact lists of people without legitimate business relationships
• Send harassing, threatening or illegal content
• Violate any applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, PECR)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the platform
• Resell access to the platform without written permission

Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your email campaigns comply with all applicable laws including GDPR, CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and PECR (UK). You must only contact customers with whom you have an existing business relationship.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly or yearly cycle.
• All prices are shown in Euros () and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
• You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal.
• Plan limits (campaigns, emails, customers) are enforced as described on the pricing page.
• Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice via email.

Free plan users may use the platform subject to the limits of the free tier, which may be modified at any time.

6. Payment Processing (Freemius)

All payments for AutoReviewsPilot subscriptions are processed by Freemius, Inc., our authorized reseller and merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Freemius' End User License Agreement (EULA):

• Freemius, Inc. is the merchant of record for all purchases of AutoReviewsPilot.
• All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled by Freemius.
• You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and download invoices at: customers.freemius.com
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• If a renewal payment fails, Freemius will attempt to retry 3 more times before cancelling the subscription.
• Annual subscribers will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before the renewal date (courtesy only — you are responsible for cancelling before renewal).
• Price changes do not affect your active subscription as long as it remains unchanged.

7. Refund Policy

• Free trial: If a free trial is available, no charge is made during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing.
• Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are issued for the current billing month if you have not used the service and request a refund within 7 days of payment.
• Yearly subscriptions: Pro-rata refunds available within 30 days of payment. No refunds after 30 days.
• No refunds for accounts terminated due to violation of these Terms.

8. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to data you upload to AutoReviewsPilot, including customer lists and email content. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service.

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and have legal authority to upload and process the personal data of your customers through our platform.

Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting support.

9. Intellectual Property

The AutoReviewsPilot platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks and content, is owned by AutoReviewsPilot and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of our platform without written permission. Your feedback and suggestions may be used by us to improve the service without compensation.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• A specific number of reviews being generated
• Compatibility with any particular review platform's policies

We do not guarantee that emails sent through our platform will not be filtered as spam by recipients' email providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoReviewsPilot shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, profits or data
• Damages arising from third-party review platform policy changes
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you:

• Breach these Terms of Service
• Use the platform for spam or illegal purposes
• Fail to pay fees due
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK users. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall also apply.

Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of England and Wales (or your local courts if required by applicable consumer law).

EU users may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
