1. Overview
At AutoReviewsPilot, we stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
All payments are processed by Freemius, Inc., our authorized reseller and
merchant of record. Refund requests are administered by Freemius in accordance with this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- It is your first purchase of that plan (not an upgrade or renewal).
- You contact us at billing@autoreviewspilot.com with your refund request.
No reason is required — if you are not happy within the first 7 days, we will refund you in full.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Plan upgrades — upgrading from one plan to another (e.g. Basic to Pro), adding more license activations, or switching billing cycle (e.g. monthly to yearly).
- Additional license purchases — purchasing a new additional license under an existing plan.
- Renewal payments — any automatic renewal charge after the initial purchase term.
- Requests after 7 days — refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
4. Free Trial
AutoReviewsPilot offers a 7-day free trial on the Free plan — no credit card required.
- The free trial does not require a payment method.
- After the trial expires, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using all features.
- If you subscribed to a paid trial (with a payment method) and cancel before the first payment is processed, no charge will be made.
- For the purposes of refund eligibility under a paid trial, the 7-day refund period begins on the first day of the trial.
5. Subscription Renewals
All AutoReviewsPilot subscriptions are automatically recurring and renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable. Please cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
- For annual subscriptions, Freemius will attempt to send a reminder email 30 days before renewal. This is a courtesy only — you are solely responsible for cancelling before the renewal date.
- If a renewal payment fails, Freemius will retry up to 3 more times. After 4 failed attempts, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.
- Your subscription price will not be affected by future price changes as long as your subscription remains active and unchanged.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via: customers.freemius.com
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period:
- Email us at billing@autoreviewspilot.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and order details.
- We will process your request within 3–5 business days.
Alternatively, you can open a support ticket from your dashboard.
7. Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
8. Payment Processor (Freemius)
All payments for AutoReviewsPilot are processed by Freemius, Inc.,
our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Freemius administers refund eligibility
in accordance with this policy and their own EULA.

In cases of duplicate charges, Freemius may determine refund eligibility independently.
For all other refunds, eligibility is determined by AutoReviewsPilot per this policy.
