Go to Email Accounts → Connect Account. Add your Gmail, Outlook, Brevo, or any custom SMTP. This is the email address your customers will receive review requests from.
Go to Customers → Upload CSV. Your CSV needs at minimum: Name and Email columns. Phone, city, country are optional but useful for personalisation.
Go to Campaigns → New Campaign. Set your Google review link, select your customer list, pick your email account, and set the follow-up schedule. Click Activate — emails start immediately.

Click + Connect Account and choose your provider. All major providers are supported.
Enter your account name, SMTP host, port, username, and password. For Gmail — you must use an App Password, not your regular password.
After saving, click 🔌 Test to check the SMTP connection, then 📨 Send Test to send a real test email to yourself. The account shows "Verified" only after a real email is delivered.

Go to Customers → New List. Give it a descriptive name like "Restaurant Customers June 2026". Lists keep your customers organised by campaign or time period.

Choose which days of the week and between what hours to send. Emails only send within your chosen window, respecting your account timezone.
